Students learn audit principles, types of audits, characteristics of good auditors, how to interpret the requirements of applicable quality standards (ISO 9000, AS9100, GMP's, etc.), how to prepare for an audit, how to schedule audits, how to conduct interviews including methods for dealing with difficult audit situations, how to characterize and report nonconformances, and how to perform follow-up activities. Students will observe and participate in an actual audit. If presented at your site, this workshop includes an actual audit.
