Students will learn how to effectively plan and manage documentation projects; and create process documentation using policy manuals, procedures, work instructions and forms, with an emphasis on integrated
graphic alternatives to traditional text-based methods.
Students will learn how to organize information to create brief, practical, and useful documents; and how to minimize the volume of documentation using techniques such as flow charts, graphics, and tables. Students will learn how to identify and address the needs of management, auditors, and users.
